FxScaler offers two professional services. (1) Google Merchant Center approval for new stores: USD 1,000, paid upfront, covering a store and Merchant Center audit, on-site fixes where access allows, and up to two review requests. If the store is not approved after two review rounds, the fee is refunded in full. The refund does not apply where the store sells counterfeit, restricted or otherwise prohibited products, has no real business entity behind it, or was previously suspended; these conditions are assessed and stated before payment. Reinstatement of suspended accounts is not offered. (2) Google store operations: from USD 3,000 per month, covering stores with up to approximately USD 100,000 per month in Google advertising spend and priced at approximately 3% of spend above that, with a three-month minimum term and month-to-month thereafter. The first two weeks of an operations engagement comprise the audit. Scope, data access, authority thresholds and payment terms are agreed in writing per engagement before work begins.

Ad spend, inventory, supplier costs and third-party platform fees are excluded from all engagement fees.
No guarantee is made of revenue, ROAS, profitability or continued Merchant Center approval. Advertising platform decisions rest with the platforms. The approval refund described above is the only guarantee offered.
